1. About This Promotion: SKINVAULT is a community-organized free giveaway event for VALORANT players in the Southeast Asia region. Participation is completely free and voluntary. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This promotion is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or administered by Riot Games, Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age, reside in the Southeast Asia region, hold a valid and active Riot Games account, and submit only one entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period: The promotion opens on February 20, 2026, and closes on March 20, 2026 at 23:59 ICT. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. Winners will be selected and notified by March 31, 2026.
4. How to Enter (Online): Complete the registration form on this page with accurate and truthful information. We will NEVER ask for your Riot account password or login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
5. How to Enter (Alternative – No Internet Required): To enter without submitting the online form, mail a handwritten card with your full name, Riot ID, email address, and country to: SKINVAULT Giveaway, contact@skinvault.gg (request postal address via email). Mail entries must be received before the closing date. Limit one mail entry per person.
6. Prizes: Prizes consist of in-game cosmetic items (weapon skins) for VALORANT. No cash equivalent or physical alternative is available. All prizes are delivered digitally. Entering does not guarantee winning a prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection: Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries after the registration period closes. Winners will be notified via the email address provided within 7 business days of the draw. Prizes unclaimed within 14 days of notification will be forfeited and may be redistributed.
8. Release of Meta: By entering, each participant agrees to release Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) from any and all liability related to this promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

• Who We Are: SKINVAULT is an independent community raffle initiative operated by gaming enthusiasts. We are not a registered company or legal entity affiliated with any game publisher or platform.
• What We Collect: When you submit the registration form, we collect your name, email address, Riot ID, country of residence, and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for the purposes described below.
• Why We Collect It: To register your entry in the raffle, to contact prize winners for skin delivery coordination, and to detect and prevent fraudulent or duplicate entries.
• Data Sharing: We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• Data Retention: All personal data collected through this form will be securely deleted within 30 days after the raffle concludes and all prizes have been delivered.
